Manager-IT -Shenzhen(某大型港资贸易公司) --

Duties

1. Manage and track day-to-day IT operations support activities incidents/problems effectively, work closely with infra and account service team, users and outsourcing vendors to resolve the problems and resume the computer services timely.

2. Supervise Operation Support Staff to complete assigned

 

 

 

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline

2. At least 5 years' experience demonstrating strong knowledge of helpdesk practices and operation support, in which at least 3 years at IT management level.

3. Result-oriented thinker with demonstrated experience in translating strategic goals / concepts into action plans and executing initiatives at an operational level

4. Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory

5. Strong leadership skills, computer operation management, outsource vendor management and people management skills

6. Experience in business process improvement and performance measurement desirable

7. Strong project management skills and ability to be self-directed and manage projects with minimal guidance

8. Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
